Tyto appoints Nick Taylor first Managing Director to drive continued evolution and growth

Today we announced that our Senior Partner, Nick Taylor, has been appointed Managing Director. Taylor will work alongside our founder and CEO Brendon Craigie to double Tyto’s size and capability over the next three years to meet the growing need for more efficient multi country European campaigns.  

Taylor, who joined Tyto as senior partner last September from a previous MD position, will work alongside the agency’s CFO Emily Rule and Tyto’s leadership team of seven partners and three directors in the delivery of an outstanding client and employee experience guided by the agency’s core value of perfect partnership. The appointment of Taylor as MD will allow Craigie to focus on strategic and accelerative growth opportunities for Tyto in the form of acquisitions, new market entries, product innovations and partnerships.

Since launching at the end of 2017, Tyto has grown into a multi-country, multi-disciplinary, PR and communications agency of 60 consultants servicing clients operating at the intersection of technology, science and innovation across the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands. 

The agency has seen significant growth and expansion over the past 12 months, having acquired UK-based integrated agency CubanEight, launched its Content Studio to broaden its service offering, and announced the Tyto Relevance Index™, a landmark new monthly index of the top tech, social and economic topics driving the conversation in the European tech industry. The new Relevance Index adds to and builds on Tyto’s existing influencer mapping product, the Tyto Tech 500

Throughout his career spanning senior agency and inhouse roles, Taylor has provided advice to leaders of some of the fastest growing technology businesses in the world including trivago, Cloudflare and Bolt. Under his leadership as MD, Taylor will drive home the advantages offered by Tyto’s unique PRWithoutBorderss™ operating model and its unique data and insights offering.
