As Director, Lavinia is responsible for strategic planning and development of integrated campaigns, providing dual market consultancy across Germany and the UK.
Lavinia started her career at Hotwire in Germany where she first joined the consumer team, creating captivating and impactful campaigns for consumer tech brands such as GoPro, Western Digital and Logitech. Her enthusiasm for complex technology topics then drew her into B2B communications where she led communication programmes for established and emerging tech businesses such as Citrix or Nuance. Driven by the desire to live and work abroad, Lavinia moved to London in 2018 where she focused on driving strategic and measurable communication programmes for a variety of clients such as Red Bull Media House, Facebook and Yext.
Her extensive experience with B2C and B2B clients has led to a broad set of skills, ranging from integrated creative campaign development to building and implementing bespoke measurement frameworks. Paired with her experience in leading pan-European accounts, Lavinia provides multi-market strategic counsel to a variety of Tyto clients.
Over the course of her career, she has received prestigious accolades such as being part of the #30u30 initiative and representing Germany at the Cannes Young Lions in the PR category.
