Prior to joining Tyto Sian was founder and Managing Director at CubanEight, an award-winning PR and integrated communications agency. She grew the agency from start-up to an agency with global reach and recognition including UK PR Agency of the year and being named by Forrester as one of the leading channel-focused PR firms globally.
Sian’s experience spans corporate, B2B and global campaigns and has track record working for B2B and technology companies with market-leading aspirations who are fast growing and looking to scale. She knows what it takes to build category-defining brands having done so during her career for BlackBerry, Zendesk, Outbrain and First Utility amongst others. An expert at working with fast-growth, scaling tech companies and building campaigns to support their growth ambitions.
Prior to setting up CubanEight, Sian held director-level positions at leading agencies including Hotwire, where she was a founding director instrumental in driving its stellar growth during this time, and Weber Shandwick, where she provided strategic direction for UK and global campaigns.
