What did we do?

The Tech Talent Charter (TTC) is a non-profit organisation leading a movement to address inequality in the UK tech sector and drive inclusion and diversity in a practical and uniquely measurable way. Founded in 2017, the TTC is a commitment by over 600 UK organisations and is supported by the UK government’s Digital Strategy.

Through the Tyto Foundation, we commit resources equal to 20% of our annual profit to pro bono projects that seek to promote equality of opportunity, address injustice or support inclusion within the tech, media or communications industries. As part of our Tyto Foundation, we have been supporting the TTC since 2019.

Recently, we helped the non-profit organisation launch their ‘Doing It Anyway’ campaign to encourage working-age women to consider a career in tech. We secured 28 articles with a readership of over 497 million and an average domain authority of 59. Some of the highlights of our work included articles by The Voice, The Guardian, Forbes, Evening Standard and Computer Weekly.
