Challenge

OutSystems is a market-leading AI development platform. It enables companies to rapidly build mission-critical apps and agents, modernize legacy processes with agentic systems, and govern their entire AI portfolio across complex regulatory environments, all on a unified platform.

In 2025, OutSystems reached a pivotal moment: it surpassed $500 million in global revenue, appointed former Salesforce executive and seasoned SaaS leader, Woodson Martin, as CEO, and prepared to unveil its new Agentic AI capability, Agent Workbench, at its annual ONE Conference.

The challenge was to bring these milestones together into a single, cohesive narrative that could be communicated consistently across multiple markets, while positioning OutSystems as a credible leader in the highly competitive Agentic AI space.

Strategy

From the outset, we set out to bring these storylines together as a single narrative that would resonate across Europe and firmly position OutSystems as an Agentic AI leader.

The company’s early investment and deep expertise in Agentic AI as well as customer examples, gave us a strong platform to build from, and we used this advantage to differentiate OutSystems from competitors and anchor the story in something both credible and forward-looking.

Woodson Martin’s appointment as CEO also provided a timely opportunity to reinforce this shift. His background and perspective allowed us to frame OutSystems’ evolving strategy with confidence and to signal the company’s broader global ambition.

We also recognised that the annual ONE Conference would be the perfect moment to bring this narrative to life. By giving journalists exclusive access to executives, product experts, customers and proprietary data and insights, we set out to demonstrate OutSystem’s leadership in Agentic AI and build the relationships that would carry the story across Europe.

What the client said

“Tyto understood how important this moment was for OutSystems and worked across all our regions in EMEA to make this a success. They brought our leadership transition, strategic repositioning, and the launch of Agent Workbench together into one powerful story that showed exactly where we’re headed with Agentic AI. Their strategic instinct - and ability to execute consistently across Europe - made a significant impact and laid a strong foundation for our future growth in the region.”

Approach

We started by building a narrative around Woodson Martin’s appointment, securing high-impact in-person interviews with a targeted tour of top-tier media outlets in the UK and France, giving him a platform to share his experience and his vision for OutSystems as an Agentic AI leader.

This was supported by coordinated outreach across Europe, with tailored storylines built around local data and insights designed to appeal to audiences in each market.

The centrepiece of the campaign was the ONE Conference. We invited a select group of influential technology journalists to attend and access keynotes, customer sessions, executive interviews and product deep dives.

A panel moderated by Diginomica’s Mark Chillingworth also helped to reinforce OutSystems’ expertise and credibility in Europe’s technology landscape.

The event served as the launchpad for Agent Workbench, OutSystem’s new Agentic AI tool. Targeted briefings emphasised how the technology enhances developer productivity and highlighted real-world customer stories to bring it to life.

We continued to drive coverage long after the event ended, maintaining close contact with journalists and supplying timely CEO commentary to spark new angles and extend the story’s momentum across Europe and across channels. This sustained approach helped us secure opportunities for Woodson Martin to appear on influential technology podcasts across the UK and the Netherlands, including Tech Talks and Beyond Coding.
