What did we do?

With IT buyers becoming increasingly discerning and the media landscape continuing to consolidate across Europe, we began working with OutSystems in 2022 to streamline the communications programme in the region.

We were asked to increase engagement with top tier media and drive further brand awareness though a global strategy and a locally tailored approach.

Our pan-European team have helped OutSystems expand its presence in the most influential industry publications across the UK, Germany, France, and the Netherlands.

Initial Impressions

Since joining forces, our partnership with OutSytems has grown as we have built close ties with the global and EMEA PR teams.

In 2024, Shayna Chapel joined OutSystems to lead Global Communications, bringing her experience from high-growth scale-ups including ChartHop and Fuze (part of 8×8).

We quickly integrated into OutSystems’ communications team, providing support with a proactive press office function, and offering strategic counsel and local insights.

Working closely with OutSystems’ EMEA PR manager, we integrated into day-to-day activities across Europe. We helped to centralise communications across the region, while supporting global announcements and initiatives with proactive PR tactics.

With pressure increasing on the communications team to measure and report like a revenue marketing team, we feed directly into OutSystems’ measurement channels, helping to showcase the success of the European PR programme to key stakeholders.
