Tamsin is Senior People and Operations Executive at Tyto PR, where she helps shape a supportive, efficient and people-centred culture. Her role spans both the operational and human sides of the business, from refining HR processes and enhancing the employee experience, to supporting teams in delivering their best work for clients.
With a degree in International Relations and Hispanic Studies, Tamsin’s career has spanned communications, social media, and education & training. Before joining Tyto, she worked in New York as Communications Manager for a non-profit organisation, leading content strategy and partnerships across Africa and South America.
Tamsin spent 13 years living in Chile running her own photography business and collaborating with international clients, a chapter that deepened her love for storytelling and cultural connection.
Now based in Spain with her husband, two children, and two cats, Tamsin spends her free time exploring hidden corners of Valencia, camera in hand, or on the yoga mat. She’s fluent in English, Spanish, and German – and can even get by in Dutch.
Tamsin’s colleagues love her for her warm personality, positive attitude and her ability to multi task.
