As a Senior Partner and Head of Development at Tyto, Rebecca believes that communications have the power to help companies create success both for themselves and the world around them, and is passionate about crafting inspirational stories to help drive that change.
Rebecca has 15 years’ PR and communications experience, combining global strategic expertise with a strong track-record in delivering high-impact consumer and corporate campaigns.
Prior to joining Tyto, Rebecca spent nine years with freuds, most recently as Associate Director in the corporate practice, advising UK, European and global brands on their reputation and media strategies. She has worked with companies including Mars, SCA, Diageo and EY to craft their reputation and social responsibility communications strategies in areas as diverse as renewable energy, social entrepreneurship and gender equality.
Beginning her career client-side with European digital music pioneers Music Choice, Rebecca then started agency life creating high-impact media campaigns for Sony, PepsiCo, BUPA and Carphone Warehouse. She spent most of the summer of 2012 travelling around the UK with the Olympic Torch Relay, helping to shape some of the most memorable moments of the countdown to the London 2012 Olympic Games, and seeing first-hand the power of inspirational stories in creating social change.
Rebecca is a non-executive director of the Tech Talent Charter, a movement to drive inclusion and diversity in the UK tech sector, and serves as the Chair of the PRCA Corporate Group. Rebecca’s colleagues love her for always adding a dose of creativity and challenging the status quo.
