2024 Tyto Tech 500: Dutch highlights

  • Dutch influencers account for 22% of the Tyto Tech 500, which include influencers from the UK, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. This puts the Netherlands in third place, behind the UK and France with 24%, and Germany with 30%.
  • 57% of individuals in the Dutch Top 500 are business leaders – this is the smallest proportion across all four countries analysed in the Tyto Tech 500
  • The Netherlands boasts the highest concentration of influential journalists across Europe, making up 21% of influencers in the Dutch Tech 500
  • GreenTech (+250%), EnterpriseTech (+238%), and AI & Data Science (+233%) sectors have seen the most significant gains in influence in the Dutch Tech 500 in 2024
  • The Dutch Tech 500 reveals a significant increase in the proportion of women in this year’s list, growing from 15% in 2023 to 21% in 2024.
