2024 Tyto Tech 500: German highlights
- German influencers account for 30% of the Tyto Tech 500, which include influencers from the UK, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. This puts Germany in first position with the greatest share of this year’s tech power list.
- Two-thirds (66%) of individuals in the German Top 500 are business leaders. This places Germany just behind the UK, as the country with the second-highest number of influential business leaders, with only one fewer than the UK.
- Germany boasts the highest concentration of influential academics across Europe, making up 6% of influencers in the German Tech 500
- AI & Data Science (+126%), FinTech (+45%), and HealthTech (+35%) sectors have seen the most significant gains in influence in the German Tech 500 in 2024
- The German Tech 500 reveals a very slight decrease in the proportion of women in this year’s list, falling from 28% in 2023 to 27% in 2024.
