2025 Tyto Tech 500: French Highlights

French influencers account for 28.6% of the Tyto Tech 500 in 2025, which include individuals across the UK, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. This is an increase on the previous year, when France made up 23.8% of the ranking.

  • 71.3% of French influencers ranked in this year’s Tyto Tech 500 run a blog, newsletter, podcast or YouTube channel 
  • 75% of French journalists in the Tyto Tech 500 are ‘multi-hyphenate’ influencers with an active presence across two or more digital platforms. 
  • Business leaders and entrepreneurs are stepping forward as influential voices in France, with 19.7% publishing newsletters and 6.6% hosting podcasts.   
  • AI and Emerging Technology (8.4%), FinTech (8.4%) and Cloud, Infrastructure & Platform Services (7%) lead France’s ranking in 2025, while General Tech (55.2%) captures ‘multi-hyphenate’ voices who spans multiple sectors. 
  • Business leaders (44.4%), Journalists (36.1%) and Academics (6.5%) are the three largest groups of technology influencers in France.
