2024 Tyto Tech 500: French highlights

  • French influencers account for 24% of the Tyto Tech 500, which include influencers from the UK, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. This puts France in joint second place with the UK, just behind Germany.
  • France boasts the highest concentration of influential entrepreneurs across Europe, making up 12% of influencers in the French Tech 500
  • GreenTech (+57%), FinTech (+34%), and EdTech (+33%) sectors have seen the most significant gains in influence in the French Tech 500 in 2024
  • Despite being the fastest-growing sector in the pan-European Tyto Tech 500, there are 24% fewer French influencers in AI & Data Science this year.
  • The French Tech 500 reveals a slight decrease in the proportion of women in this year’s list, falling from 23% in 2023 to 20% in 2024.
