Audrey Lacroix has worked for international communication agencies such as Text100, Fleishman-Hillard, Hill & Knowlton and Cohn & Wolfe where she specialized in B2B and B2C IT accounts.

She started her career in consumer technologies representing major brands such as Kodak and MSN. Since then, she has worked on a variety of consumer technology and B2B accounts. She was in charge of clients in IT and Telecoms (Dell, Lenovo (ex IBM PCD), Huawei, Completel, Gemalto, Peregrine Systems, Blu-Ray Disc association, Navigon), in the tourism sector (KDS, Easyjet) and in the industry sector (GEFCO, Goodman, Vale). She also has experience on B2C accounts (Mattel, SEWTA (Sony-Ericsson WTA).

She is a specialist of the SMB segment. She was in charge of the French SMB Award 2008 and 2009 (organized by Dell in partnership with CGPME – French National SMBs’ Federation), which honours Small businesses that represent the spirit of innovation in applying information technology in their business practices to improve the Customer experience.
