Imogen Osborne

Imogen Osborne is a Tyto Tytician specialising in employee insight and stakeholder engagement. She has been working on the creation of a Tyto Tech 500 community comprising a group of senior Tech communications professionals all of whom have a vested interest in the developments of this industry.

Imogen has worked in technology and communications roles for over 25 years. After working for Skype where she was head of Global Communications and previously at Cisco where she ran EMEA communications, Imogen now runs a company called The Pulse Business.  Clients include Ferrero Rocher, PRCA and the UK Oracle User Group Association all of whom use the Pulse Business’ software platform to engage with their stakeholders on any number of topics and interests.

Imogen is a passionate believer that the best conversations are had when they are based on real-time data.  Her focus is on designing questions that use the right language to connect intuitively and emotionally with any type of stakeholder.  By inviting people to share their truth and by shining a spotlight on the real issues of a given debate, it’s easy to unearth different and often inspiring perspectives that both feed and nurture authentic debate.
