David Clare is a partner and head of content at Tyto. In this role, David brings together his expertise in digital public relations and multi channel storytelling to deliver content which truly resonates with client audiences.
After nearly a decade in public relations, David has experience in a wide range of sectors, including; technology, media, pharmaceuticals, automotive and education. As a result, David is well versed in turning his hand to new areas, and creating bespoke solutions for each of our clients.
Prior to joining Tyto as a founding partner, David was Director at Fox Agency, managing clients such as TOTAL, Brother and TMD Friction. Before that, David was at Hotwire, as an Associate Director, developing integrated PR strategies for the likes of Intel, Red Bull and Pearson.
David first started his career at 33 Digital, as a Consultant, where he developed digital strategies and produced online content for the likes of the BBC, Microsoft and Evernote. Before going on to join Hotwire, David followed an interest in healthcare at Nitro Digital where he managed pharmaceutical clients including Sanofi, Boehringer Ingelheim and DRWF (Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation).
David’s work has been recognised in the leading industry publication, PRWeek, having been listed and featured on the front cover of their ‘30 under 30’ issue, in 2015. His work has also won numerous industry awards, including ‘Best B2B Content Strategy’ in The Drum Content Awards 2016.
Creating stories is the reason David gets out of bed in the morning. He is passionate about understanding the full history of a brand, what the future should look like, and helping clients discover the path towards their goals. David is a firm believer that the story a brand tells is the most important part of the puzzle, and telling it through the correct channels, where audiences belong and will actively listen, is vital to business success.
