Tyto is seeking a Senior Consultant, Digital & Insights to join our dynamic, international team. In this role you will work closely with our Content Studio team and will be integral to the delivery of high impact digital communications campaigns across Europe.

The successful candidate will likely have 5-8 years’ experience running digital campaigns for B2B technology companies, exceptional communications skills in English (additional European languages an advantage) and will enjoy working in a fully remote, diverse and rapidly growing international team. Salary bands (subject to experience)

Senior Consultant – £30k-£50k



In this role, you will be the primary support for social media and digital marketing efforts, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the team and with clients.

You have excellent client management skills. You will oversee client programmes, ensuring they align with agreed plans and budgets. You will maintain clear communication channels within the Tyto team and with clients to ensure high satisfaction and smooth delivery.

You will play an active role in crafting and implementing social media strategies, from content creation to conducting social media audits. You will ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards and drive client success.

You will lead key marketing initiatives, including the Tyto Tech 500, social media, and blog management. You will collaborate with the Content Studio team to produce engaging digital marketing campaigns that bolster our sales efforts and agency growth.

You will utilise your keen attention to detail and analytical skills to track campaign progress and analyse social media data. You will extract valuable insights to refine digital strategies for Tyto and its clients.

Ultimately the purpose of your role is to ensure Tyto’s own digital strategy, as well as client digital programmes are delivered to a high standard, clients are highly satisfied, and programmes are delivered in line with agreed plans.

You excel in time management and consistently deliver high-quality digital marketing consultancy to all Tyto clients, as well as contribute effectively to Tyto’s new business proposals.

This role will involve:   

  • Day to day management of clients, account teams and budgets
  • Delivery of high quality and engaging content for a variety of digital campaigns for clients (content creation, social media management, paid social, influencer marketing, etc.)
  • Digital marketing and data insights consultancy for Tyto’s clients
  • Development and delivery of social media marketing strategies tailored to clients’ specific goals and target audiences.
  • Analyse and reporting on social media performance metrics
  • Strategic input and delivery of digital content and insights projects
  • Delivery of high quality and engaging content for Tyto’s owned channels (blog, website, social, podcasts, etc.)
  • Tyto marketing projects and tasks (blog, website, podcast, etc.)
  • Upskilling and training of other team members on social, research and insights tools relevant to their roles

Tyto is seeking candidates with:   

  • Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency environment or at a B2B tech company
  • Specialist skills developing and delivering social content strategies for B2B tech brands that align with clients’ brand values and objectives, across various social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.)
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Skilled in creating captivating narratives that resonate with target audiences and prompt desired actions
  • Experience in creating, managing, and optimising paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, etc.)
  • Capability to analyse platform metrics, derive actionable insights from data, and continuously refine strategies for improved engagement
  • Experience/demonstrable aptitude for social listening and insights tools such as Trendkite (Cision), Muck Rack, Netbase, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Google Analytics, Moz, etc
  • Excellent ability to liaise with clients, present ideas, gather feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • A passion for digital audit, rigorous analysis and extracting insights

Other requirements  

  • Native English speaker
  • Fluency in German, French or Dutch is a plus
