Tyto is seeking a Consultant, Digital & Insights to join our dynamic, international team. In this role you will work closely with our Content Studio team and will be integral to the delivery of high impact digital communications campaigns across Europe.

The successful candidate will likely have 2-4 years’ experience running digital campaigns for B2B technology companies, exceptional communications skills in English (additional European languages an advantage) and will enjoy working in a fully remote, diverse and rapidly growing international team. Salary bands (subject to experience)

Consultant – £25-£35k  



You have great client and project management skills and can be trusted to run key digital and insights workstreams for client accounts on time and to a high standard, without needing hands-on management.  

You will be responsible for Tyto’s marketing activity, working closely with the Content Studio team to deliver high quality and engaging digital marketing campaigns that support the agency’s sales activity and growth.  

You have excellent communication skills, strong writing skills and high attention to detail. You have a proven ability to develop comprehensive social media marketing strategies. You will also play a hands-on role in the delivery of these strategies by producing high quality and engaging digital campaigns.  

You have great attention to detail and are adept at data analysis to report on digital campaign progress and comprehensive analysis of social data to draw out insights that can inform digital strategies for Tyto and its clients.  

Ultimately the purpose of your role is to ensure Tyto’s own digital strategy, as well as client digital programmes are delivered to a high standard, that clients are highly satisfied, and programmes are delivered in line with agreed plans.  

You have great time management and can provide quality digital marketing consultancy to all Tyto clients and as part of Tyto’s new business proposals.  

Finally, you will contribute to Tyto’s overall progress by supporting on agreed special projects.  

This role will involve:  

  • Delivery of high quality and engaging content for Tyto’s owned channels (blog, website, social, podcasts, etc.)  
  • Tyto marketing projects and tasks (blog, website, podcast, etc.) 
  • Digital marketing consultancy for all Tyto clients 
  • Support on a variety of digital campaigns (content creation, social media management, paid social, influencer marketing, etc.) 
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies tailored to clients’ specific goals and target audiences 
  • Regularly track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics, providing clients with insights on engagement, growth, and other relevant indicators 
  • Support on content projects (research, digital, content, etc.) 
  • Support on insights projects 
  • Upskilling and training of other team members on social, research and insights tools relevant to their roles 
  • Contribution to new business proposals, working with the relevant Client Service Leads 
  • Insights consultancy for all Tyto clients and internal projects 

Tyto is seeking candidates with:  

  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency environment or at a B2B tech company 
  • Proficiency in using various social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.) and understanding their individual nuances 
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.) 
  • Social media or digital marketing certifications, such as the Facebook Blueprint Certification, HubSpot Social Media Certification, or similar, would provide a distinct advantage 
  • Ability to design and implement compelling social media content strategies that align with clients’ brand values and objectives 
  • Skilled in creating captivating narratives that resonate with target audiences and prompt desired actions 
  • Experience/demonstrable aptitude in creating, managing, and optimising paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, etc.) 
  • Capability to analyse platform metrics, derive actionable insights from data, and continuously refine strategies for improved engagement 
  • Experience/demonstrable aptitude for social listening and insights tools such as Trendkite (Cision), Muck Rack, Netbase, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Google Analytics, Moz, etc 
  • Strong ability to liaise with clients, present ideas, gather feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly 
  • A keen interest in digital marketing, research and technology 
  • Strong understanding of the European tech landscape and influencers 
  • A passion for digital audit, rigorous analysis and extracting insights 
  • Creative thinking and problem solving capabilities 
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when allocated tasks 
  • Superb writing skills 
  • Proactivity and time management 
  • A confident personality and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Native English speaker
  • Speaking German, French or Dutch is a plus
