Holly Justice is a partner and practice lead at Tyto. Whether it’s working with cutting edge technology companies or leading consumer brands, Holly gets a kick out of developing creative, integrated PR campaigns that communicate the work being done to improve consumers’ everyday lives.
At Tyto Holly works with clients to help them develop and execute strategic programmes that help overcome business challenges. Her experience includes helping brands such as Laybuy and Riskified successfully launch in Europe.
From experience working in-house for a FTSE 30 company, Holly is also able to provide counsel and strategic advice to clients navigating difficult issues that have the potential to receive significant media and political scrutiny.
Beginning her career at Debenhams in 2008, Holly cut her teeth in the retail industry. She then spent five years at Hotwire, nurturing a passion for technology that drives a change in consumer behaviour. Whilst at Hotwire, Holly spent time working in Australia, leading accounts across Australasia. She then moved in-house to the UK’s second largest energy supplier, SSE. As part of their corporate communications team, she developed and managed complex communications strategies through a period of intense media and political pressure.
Holly has experience managing global consumer technology accounts, such as GoPro, Shazam and ASUS, supporting them over a number of years as they’ve grown into household names, through substantial funding rounds, IPOs and significant increases in sales.
She has also led a number of international accounts in the marketing and advertising technology sector. With the growth of insight-led marketing, programmatic technology and ad-blockers, the industry has, and still is, going through major transformation. Holly has helped organisations such as Marketo, Cisco, xAd, Turn and Oracle Marketing Cloud navigate this period of change and capitalise on it through impactful PR campaigns.
Through Holly’s experience agency side and in-house, she has a thirst for creative thinking, but also the ability to marry this with insights and careful planning, to deliver PR programmes that drive results and align with the organisation’s business objectives.
